Basak Erol is a Director of Commercials, Music Videos and Fashion films.

While honing her craft and finding her voice, she has worked as a Visual Artist for many of the top Directors in those fields .

Originally from Istanbul, she grew up in a unique mixture of Eastern and Western cultures.

She has a dog, a cat, a surfboard she actually uses and a completely circular tattoo on her right shoulder.

She has lived and worked in Los Angeles since 2006.
