Adam Hashemi is an acclaimed and award-winning Danish film, music video, and commercial director. In the US, Hashemi is repped by David Fincher’s company, Reset Content. Fincher handpicked Hashemi as one of the first directors for his company’s roster and has also served as creative director and EP on a few projects, among them the 2021 Super Bowl spot for Anheuser Busch.
Adam Hashemi has written and directed for television, among other things, the TV series The Troll Forest for Danish National Broadcaster, DR, the collected film works for the Danish Pavillion at Expo 2005, and has furthermore directed a body of short films, which played in international festivals. Most recently, he has worked as a visual consultant and second unit director on the 2023 film THE PROMISED LAND, starring Mads Mikkelsen and produced by Zentropa.
Hashemi is currently developing the feature film JAILBIRDS, produced by Anonymous Content and Four Knights Film, with music by Mark Ronson, who is also an executive producer on the project. Furthermore, he is developing the feature film THE ROGUE ELEPHANT, produced by Zentropa in Denmark.
